IDESG Wiki is Now Live

By Chad Grant posted Feb 25,2013 11:50 AM

From the IDESG:
IDESG Members can now collaborate on the new IDESG Wiki at www.idecosystem.org/wiki. We urge you to check it out and start contributing on the Terminology, Standards, Use Cases, and Trust Frameworks work that has already begun there.

The wiki is not intended to mirror the internal structures of the IDESG but instead is organized by activity, allowing anyone from across the organization to participate and collaborate without group-specific limitations such as with mailing lists. New working areas will be added as requested by IDESG Committees in order to manage work of distinct activities.

Key Info:

  1. Wiki Homepage - includes a top-level view of what the wiki will be used for and contrasts it with the continued role of the existing IDESG Website.
  2. Wiki Guidelines - includes information about using the wiki and what access levels are available.
  3. New to Wikis? Use this Help Page to get started.
  4. How do I Sign-On? Sign-on for the www.idecosystem.org website and the wiki is now connected and automatic - if you are logged into the website and visit any URL in the wiki, you will be immediately logged into the wiki and a wiki account will be created for you if one does not already exist.

Many thanks to the Technology Advisory sub-committee of the Management Council and the Communications & Outreach Committee for their help and support in setting this up; and to members of the Standards and Security Committees for their contributions to initial content.
