Kansas Gives Back $31.5 Milion Early Innovator Grant

Kansas Governor Sam Brownback has recently announced that his state will return the $31.5 million "Early Innovator" grant to HHS. The grant, which was intended for for IT infrastructure development of a health insurance exchange, is the second of six that have been returned. Oklahoma returned a $54 million grant in April.
