Please Note:

YouTube has informed NASCIO that they are working on assigning a new POC to the association. This has temporarily changed the CLA request process for states seeking the amended terms. For now, YouTube informed NASCIO that any channels' use of YouTube is subject to its Terms of Service. YouTube stated that if states choose to move forward with these ToS they can move forward in creating a channel. When YouTube is prepared to share an updated version of its custom agreement, NASCIO will work with YouTube and review this agreement. Any further information will be shared as soon as NASCIO is notified.
