Join the "I Have a Question - Community Help" community. I have just recently posted a PDF of a How To Kit for members - here, you can learn how to update your profile, manage your privacy settings, manage your subscriptions, post a message, and join communities. The "I Have a Question" community will be continually updated with suggestions and tips of how to best utilize the NASCIO Community, and this is a great place for members to ask me, our resident expert on the NASCIO Community, any questions that you may have.
To get to the "I Have a Question" community, go to the "Directories" tab in the Toolbar at the top of your home page. From there, you have several options - choose the "Communities and Committees" option. Here, you will want to choose "Recently Added," and then click on "I Have a Question - Community Help" in order to view the discussion and library. Be sure to subscribe to the discussion posts (directions of which are in the How To Kit!) to stay up to date with the latest information.
