At this juncture we have collected 17 finalized scenarios from state, county and city jurisdictions. Several other scenarios are in various stages of development.
These scenarios are intended to demonstrate cross-jurisdictional collaborative initiatives or "joining up" of government jurisdictions to save money, achieve economies of scale, and/or achieve higher levels of effectiveness in delivering government services.
The scenarios will be highlighted in a white paper that will be published prior to the NASCIO 2012 Annual Conference. Several of the scenarios will be highlighted in a panel session at the conference.
