Our annual list of the top 10 State CIO priorities is always a hot item. NASCIO has been conducting this survey for years and it helps the association leadership stay aligned with the mission, products and services that are priorities to our state members.
We capture the rankings onsite from State CIOs attending the NASCIO Annual Conference each year. In this digital age, we do this the old fashioned way with paper ballots and lists of possible choices for CIOs to select. We have a great response rate because Eric Sweden follows them around during the conference asking for completed ballots. The "personal" touch (and stalking) works.
