The first draft of the ABA Task Force Report tentatively titled “Solving the Legal Challenges of Online Identity Management” has been posted on the Task Force website for review and comment. It is set out in three parts, as three separate documents, as follows:

Part 2: Legal Regulation of, and Barriers to, Identity Management
Part 3: Structuring the Legal Framework for an Identity System
