Mitch Herckis, NASCIO’s Director of Government Affairs in
our Washington, DC office has submitted his resignation and will be leaving
NASCIO at the end of May. Mitch is relocating and has accepted a
position with a private technology firm. With Mitch’s passion for our
advocacy issues and substantial contributions to our mission, we’ve made
significant progress in our federal government affairs, strategic alliances and our
visibility has certainly increased. He will be missed and we wish him the
best with his new role.
