NASCIO Staff Transition...Again. Farewell Alison!

By Doug Robinson posted Feb 25,2015 08:56 AM

As you all know, bad news doesn’t age well. I want to let you Alison Keller will be leaving NASCIO/AMR this week. She's accepted a position with a national firm and is going back to her roots in product and brand management.  This is a good career move for Alison, but it’s hard to see a strong contributor leave the team. She’s been with NASCIO over four years and has been a great asset to not only improving our conferences, but also managing our awards programs and branding.  Our conferences have enjoyed consistently high evaluations and positive feedback with Alison at the helm.  During the stress of conferences, she personifies grace under pressure. Our awards program have grown and the business processes around our state awards have been retooled under Alison's guidance.

We’re already into the interview process and I fully expect a smooth transition. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact me.

Alison,
What a tremendous job you did for NASCIO! You put together the best conferences. I recall you always in the back of the room quitely and calmly making sure each conference came off as planned. You made it look easy.
We'll miss you,
Dugan Petty
